Origin
How it all started
Hazia means seed in Basque. It is no coincidence; it is what we wanted to be from the start: Landatu. Mimatu. Hazi. Plant, nurture, grow. With time, not in a hurry.
We were not born with all the answers. We were born after hearing the same concern many times: companies, schools and town councils that were starting to use AI almost without realising, sharing confidential data, and feeling they lacked someone they could trust alongside them to accompany them on the way.

We want SMEs and organisations in the Basque Country to be able to use AI safely and autonomously. For data control to be something your team already knows how to do, with or without us alongside.
We work from Azpeitia (Urola Kosta, Gipuzkoa) with organisations across the whole Basque Country: Azkoitia, Zumaia, Zarautz, Donostialdea, Goierri, and also Bizkaia and Araba. We travel to meet in person when it is needed.

We are a deliberately small team. We prefer to know each project in depth rather than spreading ourselves across too many. We have specialists dedicated 100% to AI security and regulatory compliance. We work in Basque and Spanish, because that is how we live our day to day.
